Travis Foxx's Profile

Travis is a veteran Real Estate professional with over 30 years of experience working with Residential, Investment, and Commercial properties.

He started his first Real Estate company in Portland in 1996, to help his business finance clients with the acquisition, management, and sale of their Commercial properties. He expanded into Multi-Family and Residential Investments, and eventually into Receivership properties. He was instrumental in the SEC Receivership of Dargey Development, and in the sale of several of the related properties, from the personal residence ($ 2.41 Million) to Potala Village in Shoreline (Sold to Trammel Crow for $ 11.5 Million).

Although he has clients all over the Puget Sound area, Travis focuses on helping homeowners and investors on Seattle’s ‘North Coast’ - the area from Magnolia to Mukilteo, with a special emphasis on The Sevens (98107, 98117, and 98177) and the Edmonds area, where he has lived for the past dozen years.

Travis is not only one of our top agents, he is our Corporate Controller, and Christine’s life partner.
